I wrote something similar to this awhile back and was asked to share it with P.S.A.L.T. CF Women ministry at church. Here it goes:

Life is beautiful, it is to be lived. Enjoy TODAY, yesterday is gone and tomorrow might never come… Yes, enjoy life! There are so many things you can do… Go for long walks on the beach, travel when you can, indulge in hot baths, be kind to yourself and others, live for the moment, loosen up, be calm always but scream if you need to, surround yourself with people that truly cares and uplifts you, be inspired and get motivated, stay positive, meditate deeply, balance social time and time in solitude, make meaningful, generous, thoughtful, life-giving friendships but be very vigilant, have fun, smile and laugh often, be gentle, be beautiful and feel beautiful even on a bad hair day, be grateful and have a thankful attitude, ignore rabbit trails, forgive quickly, never throw in the towel, have a humble spirit and righteous manners, be undaunted, be receptive to change and criticism, love genuinely and overmuch, in all your ways- be passionate and compassionate, give freely and bravely with selflessness and altruism, just be… Life is short! Spend it wisely. Value every moment. Do what makes you happy. Pursue the things that you love doing. Be creative. Always try to do something new. Be different because you were created unique as your own self. Count your blessings! And most of all, have Jesus in your heart! Without Him, it is impossible to be all the great adjectives mentioned but with Him, you can be a light and be the person that He wants you to be and MORE… You don’t even have to try!
